Elviria lies on the eastern side of Marbella, roughly 10 km from the town centre toward Cabopino. It combines some of the longest, widest sandy beaches on the Marbella coast with wooded hillside urbanisations rising inland toward La Mairena and Sierra Blanca del Mar.
Elviria is family-oriented — international schools (including Swedish and German), long walkable beach, Nikki Beach and local chiringuitos on the sand, and easier parking than central Marbella. Nordic and German communities are well established.
