Fantastic apartment in a beachside urbanisation - 100 m to beach! Residencial Playa Alicate is located the third row from the beach and located in El Rosario, East Marbella. The complex is completely gated with the security guard during night times. The sandy beach is one of the best on the coast because with a slow incline to deeper waters so perfect for small children to splash around in. The apartment is built in a quiet and family friendly complex. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and private parking in the underground garage.
