This air conditioned two bedroom, two bathroom, family apartment is located only 80 meters from the beach of Playa del Angel in the outskirts of Estepona town. A large supermarket and a few restaurants are all within a short walk from the property. It offers access to a community gym and a large community swimming pool, with a separate children s pool. The apartment has side sea views from the east facing balcony with its dining table and comfortable seating. Inside the apartment you will find a modern king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a twin bedroom with access to a family shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer and a breakfast table for four guests. Within a 10 minute walk you can be in the centre of Estepona town with its night life, shopping streets and traditional Spanish charm. A bit further on is the marina of Estepona with its pleasure boats, more restaurants and cafes - ideal for people watching! Estepona is located about a 15 minute drive from Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus.
