Nueva Andalucía stretches inland from Puerto Banús up toward the foothills and is known as Marbella’s “Golf Valley”. It hosts Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, and Aloha championship courses, along with quieter residential urbanisations built largely from the 1970s onwards. The area retains a more local, residential feel than the marina itself.
Nueva Andalucía offers a broader entry-price ladder than Puerto Banús itself — mid-range apartments in golf urbanisations through to large modern villas on La Cerquilla and Las Brisas plots. Both are widely available. Off-plan gives you a lower entry price, a choice of unit and finishes, and staged payments during construction — protected by mandatory Spanish bank guarantees on buyer deposits. Key-ready removes construction risk and timing uncertainty, and you can move in immediately, typically at a higher price point.
Spanish new-build schemes generally work to a 20–40% deposit across reservation + stage payments during construction, with the balance paid at deed signing on delivery. Each scheme publishes its own payment plan — we can walk you through individual plans on request.
It depends where in the build cycle a scheme is when you reserve. Most off-plan launches on the Costa del Sol quote 18–30 months from reservation to keys, while late-stage developments can complete within a year. The expected delivery date is always part of the published scheme documentation.
