The sandy beach is one of the best on the coast because with a slow incline to deeper waters so perfect for small children to splash around in. The apartment is built in a quiet and family friendly complex. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and private parking in the underground garage. The complex includes 2 swimming pools and 1 pool for small children. The living area presents itself brightly with a dining table for 6 persons and a sofa and 2 separate chairs. When passing the sofa area you enter the terrace of approximately 20 m2 through sliding doors with dining table for 6 persons. The functional kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, hob and an oven. There is direct access from the kitchen to the terrace area.
