We are located between 'Golf Valley' and Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia, Costa del Sol Choose from the many long-established golf courses first class. Go to Puerto Banus and taste the best of the best fashion worlds have to offer. But there are deals to be had too. Stop at one of the outdoor bars and restaurants many, and watch the world go by. You may even spot a celebrity, because the area attracts many celebrities. We are 15 minutes from the beaches of Puerto Banus Marina, or take a 10-minute bus or taxi to Marbella. Ferry ride to Marbella from the port available. Supermarket, restaurants, bars, hairdresser, pharmacy, takeaway, gift shop, dry cleaners, are within walking distance of our apartment. Large market every Saturday of posts extending from the nearby Plaza Downtown Puerto Banus. Gibraltar 1 hour drive. Sierra Navada, Granada, Alhambra is 2 hours. This development was presented to Amanda Lamb 'A Place in the Sun "Other Activities: Golf Bowling: If you like golf look no further, we find" Golf Valley ". Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas and are well established courses within 5 minutes drive. Valderrama is only an hour by car. All these golf courses have been here for many years and are incredibly beautiful with palm trees and lush green. Clubhouses have great shopping, and the food is unsurpassed. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00 But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this bright 3 bedroom apartment with an open views of the valley located in the quiet area Los Arqueros. The apartment features 3 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom has direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom with a double bed has its own small cozy terrace. The third bedroom features another double bed. From the living room, you have access to the covered terrace with the dining area, its south-west orientation you can enjoy the sunset over the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. There is a separate utility room with laundry facilities. Not ideal for guests with reduced mobility as there are staircase to access the apartment.
