A fully fitted kitchen along with dishwasher and washing machine ready for your use. The urbanisation is small and very nicely built, well maintained with nice gardens and a large swimming pool available all year round. You may use the BBQ area next to the community swimming pool for an extra 10eur paid on arrival along with a communal Wifi connection. There is also secure parking spaces available inside the urbanisation and also direct access to the beach. The apartment is on a popular urbanisation called the Belgravia Club. This is located only minutes walk to the entrance of Estepona port and just three minutes from the closest beach. The urbanisation is gated and private parking is possible on a first come first served basis. The whole area has been nicely landscaped and provides plenty of Mediterranean plants and squares to walk through. There are two supermarkets close by. The Supersol is a short walk away plus the Opencor in the port which is slightly more expensive but has longer opening hours and closes at 2am. Estepona is a good location when coming to the ‌Costa ‌del ‌Sol ‌as ‌it ‌is a pretty ‌town ‌and is ‌a good central location from where you can drive ‌up and ‌down ‌the ‌coast ‌for ‌sight ‌seeing ‌purposes.
