On the south-west facing balcony you’ll find a dining set for four guests, it is surrounded by glass panels to make it feel even more spacious. The lounge comprises of a dining table with four chairs, a comfortable three seater sofa and a flat screen television with its international multi-channel system, offering British, French, Dutch, German and Scandinavian languages. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a new and efficient central system and has a high-speed fibre optic internet connection for your use. Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you'll find the large community swimming pool only a short walk from the property (around 200m). A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed however the parking space is only suitable for small or medium sized cars. All in all, a great family holiday apartment. This modern two bedroom apartment is about 10 – 12 minutes’ walk from the marina of Estepona with its bars, restaurants and cafes. There are two supermarkets (an OpenCor and a SuperSol) within a few minutes’ walk and also a cafe which adjoins the gym/sports centre of "Las Mesas", which is just a minute away. An ideal location if you’re thinking about fitness during your holiday. There are two blue flag beaches in the vicinity - Playa La Rada and Playa del Cristo, both of which have chiringuito beach bars, where you can buy food and drinks during your beach time. The centre old town of Estepona with its flower lines streets and traditional shops and restaurants will take about 12-5 minutes to walk to. The Sunday flea market is held each week in the marina of Estepona and the large Wednesday market, selling all manner of things, is about four minutes away. All in all an ideal location for a holiday in Estepona.

A great location for a great holiday. Costalita del Mar is a popular urbanisation well known for its beautifully maintained gardens, with plenty of palm trees and colourfull mediteranean flowers. It is very well located on the beach-side of the Cancelada exit of the A7 road between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara. There are two large communal swimming pool with plenty of communal sunloungers for your use. A short walk to the beach where you can find numerous bars and restaurants and supermarkets located on the other side of the main road. Several charming towns such as Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara are only a short drive away and of course, Marbella and Puerto Banus with its busy nightlife, high end shops and gourmet restaurants.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and overlooks Estepona port, with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms plus a TV package with a selection of British channels such as Sky an other international channels. A high speed fibre optic connection is also available throughout the property. Both bedrooms are en-suite and the whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. All in all, is a very high quality apartment for your holiday. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! The apartment offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower which has access to the terrace and a twin bedroom with two single beds which uses the family shower room. The comfortable lounge/diner has seating for four guests and offers a flat screen television with high-speed fibre optic internet connection plus international television channels including UK and European languages. From the lounge you have access to the large south facing terrace through sliding patio-style doors. On the sunny balcony you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four guests, plus comfortable sofa-style relaxers for four and two sun loungers. The kitchen offers all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven. The community provides two swimming pools surrounded by lovely gardens. Street parking is only available for this property. Do note there are some steps to reach the apartment. All in all, a very comfortable property close to everything that you could require for your family holiday in Estepona. This family apartment is located in the popular Puerto Alto Estepona apartment complex, just a five minutes’ walk to Estepona Marina, with its abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes and two supermarkets. On the lower level your find Reinaldo’s bar for its people watching and happy hour. There are two beaches (Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo) within a seven-minute walk. Both have chiringuito beach bars for snacks and drinks during the day and evening. Playa la Rada has soft sand and shallow water, which is ideal for younger children. Located about 12 minutes’ walk along the sea front, you'll find the old town of Estepona with its quaint cobbled streets and pretty flower lined avenues. Head towards Plaza de las Flores for the centre of the old town and a refreshing ice cream at the Heladeria. Here you’ll also find the main shopping street of La Terraza, with its boutique shops. Also, have a look for Calle Real where you’ll find traditional tapas bars and excellent eateries. Whilst on the Terazza, carry on to see the Orchid glass house, built in 2014, a great place to pass a morning or afternoon. The apartment is located in easy day trips of some of the larger towns of Andalucia: Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Málaga. Don’t forget Gibraltar is only 40 minutes away too. The apartment is a short walk to a taxi rank and also the local bus stops. The Wednesday market is held about 10 minutes walk from the apartments – ideal for knick-knacks and fresh fruit and vegetables. The Sunday market in the marina is great for souvenirs and gifts to take home for family and friends.
