The apartment is also very close to Playa del Cristo, with its soft sand, shallow waters and beach-restaurants - ideal for children. Estepona marina is about a 12 - 14 minute walk from the old town, with its pretty streets and traditional Spanish charm. In the old town, you'll find the main post office and ‌various ‌banks. ‌There ‌are ‌also ‌two cash machines ‌in ‌the marina ‌if you need them. Car hire in this apartment ‌is definitely ‌not ‌required ‌due ‌to ‌its ‌excellent ‌location.

In the renovated kitchen, there is a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, four ring hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The apartment is within five minutes walk of two supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes and two blue flag sandy beaches offering chiringuito beach bars for serving food and drinks. Two swimming pools are available in the community only available during peak season (please enquire). Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. This apartment is located in the centre of Estepona's marina overlooking the sea and within a few miutes’ walk to many supermarkets, bars and great restaurants. Closeby you'll find the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. There is a large mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Reinaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 20 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look!
