Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing and agriculture, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

The property provides a high speed fiber optic internet connection along with intenational TV channels including Sky and several European channels including Swedish. This apartment is located in the centre of Estepona's sports marina overlooking the sea and within a few minutes’ walk to many supermarkets, bars and great restaurants. There is the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every Sunday morning.
