This villa truly is the perfect place for a large family group to take a great holiday on the Costa del Sol. What more could you want ? This colonial style beach house is perfect for families and large groups of up to ten people. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge is comfortable and has the full Sky TV package enabled for all the movies and sports channels along with several other international channels. There is also a high speed fibre optic Internet access point with WIFI and a safe is available in the property. The indoor dining area provides dining for eight people. There is a further lounge off the hallway with a further Sky TV system again with the full package enabled. Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms including the master bedroom which has its own outside terrace with spectacular sea views. Upstairs to the top level, there is a further twin room with a nice bathroom. Passing through this room you will get to a double bedroom area. Note that there is no actual door that cuts off the double bedroom area from the twin bedroom area. This would be a good place for children who like to be close to the parents. You have spectacular seaviews from here as well. Going outside from the lounge you pass out onto a terraced area next to the fenced pool. Here there is a dining area for up to 10 people plus a relaxing comfortable seating area for up to eight people. There is also a gas barbeque. To the side of the house is the main garden which is mainly grass and some Mediterranean plants. Outside the front of the villa is parking for a car. The villa is located about 100 metres from the beach in Elviria – one of the most sought after locations on the Costa del Sol. In Elviria you will find some of the better beaches with many expensive villas and properties. There are numerous restaurants, bars and hotels in the area. The famous five star Don Carlos hotel is a few minutes walk away. Opposite the entrance to the urbanisation where the villa is located you will find the Nikki Beach club which is well known as a trendy beach club which hosts many parties, offers luxury sunbeds plus a great restaurant. Within the urbanisation itself, you will find well maintained gardens with paths that lead around the complex. You will discover beautiful ponds with lovely planting around them plus various swimming pools. The main pool also offers a bar / restaurant and also a communal jacuzzi. There is 24 hour security and parking for a car directly outside the villa. The villa is about ‌a ‌30 ‌minute ‌drive ‌to ‌Malaga airport or ‌to ‌the centre ‌of Puerto Banus. Altogether we thoroughly recommend this property ‌as a ‌great ‌holiday ‌destination ‌for ‌a ‌family ‌holiday.
