Sun and shade both there all day long. The villa has an apartment separate to the main villa which is sometimes occupied by a colleague of the owner. The space does not overlook the villa or share any space and they will keep themselves completely seperate so there will be no interaction . The manager of the villa lives a short drive away. They can visit if you need them and request a visit but will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday and privacy. We recommend a car for this villa. The pool heating has a charge of €200 per week.
