The apartment disposes of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The property has an open concept with its fully-equipped open kitchen and large lounge with dining area. The living room opens to the large sunny south facing with outdoor seating for five guests and outdoor dining area for up to six guests. The master bedroom in this apartment is equipped with a super king size bed (180x200cm), walk-in cupboard and en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and sink. The second bedroom has a king size bed (150x190cm) and makes use of the family bathroom with shower, WC and sink. The lounge area has a large flatscreen TV that includes a wide package of international channels including Sky, plus an additional TV for each bedroom. A high speed fiber optic Wifi connection is available throughout the house. The property is fully air-conditioned and there is an underground parking available for guests with space for one car. You may also park on the street for free. The Alexia complex is a recently-built urbanisation with modern finishes that offers a fantastic and large communal swimming pool on the roof terrace with magnificent views over town. It also includes a community kitchen and gym. The complex is only a short drive or a long walk to old town with its shops, bars and restaurants which makes this property the perfect option for your holidays in the Costa del Sol. The Alexia urbanisation is a modern and private residential complex in Estepona town located around 900 metres to the closest beach and around 700 metres to Estepona port, with its bars, restaurants and shops. The main market of Estepona takes place on the same street of the apartment every Wednesday. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Reinaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 20 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

A lovely family beachfront townhouse with all amenities to enjoy an amazing holiday. This fantastic property offers a bright and spacious lounge area with dining area for five guests and beautiful sea views. The townhouse consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor we find the master bedroom equipped with a king size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink. The other three bedrooms are located on the top floor; a bedroom with a king size bed (150x200) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink and two more bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds in each. There is a family bathroom on the top level with bath and over-head, WC and hand-basin. An additional toilet for guests is also available on the ground floor next to the living room. The kitchen in this house is fully equipped and provides all you need for your holidays. The property also provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection and the TV provides international streaming channels (including Sky) plus films and series. The terrace has amazing direct views to the sea and the local beach, less than a three minute walk from the property and a dining area with seating for eight guests. A small charcoal BBQ is also available for your use. The large community swimming pool is only a short five minute walk from the house. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes, communal parking is available just outside the house. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King, two supermarkets and there is a bus stop right in front of this community. A highly recommended property for families that want to stay on the beach. Between Estepona and Casares on the beach close to Estepona Golf and about 5km west of Estepona town. Conveniently located on the N340 coastal road which runs along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. You have several supermarkets within a minute drive (Mercadona/Aldi). You could visit the Costa de Luz and do some water sports at one hour away, beautiful white beaches await you or shop till you drop in the best shops of Marbella. Various markets available on Wednesdays and Saturdays or the Sunday market in Sabinillas. Several Chiringuitos (beach bars) are located nearby and serve drinks and food all day during the summer.
