A beautiful townhouse near the beach perfect for large families. This property is tastefully decorated in a modern and fresh style and offers comfortable accommodation for eight guests in its four bedrooms. The townhouse has a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the appliances and a dining area for up to six guests. From the kitchen we have access to one of the patio terraces with a gas powered barbecue that is also available for guests. The modern and bright lounge offers comfortable seating for up to eight guests and a large flat screen TV that comes with international channels including Sky. There is also an outdoor dining area with seating for six guests and a private garden with additional outdoor seating and two sun loungers. On the first floor we have three bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has a king size bed with a fully equipped bathroom with bath, over head shower, WC, sink and bidet. The master bedroom is also equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and has a balcony with beautiful views over the gardens and sea. The second and third bedrooms also located on the same level are equipped with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom for the second and third bedroom with shower, WC and sink. On the second (top) floor we find the last bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, over head shower, WC, sink and bidet. From the fourth bedroom we walk onto the sunny roof terrace with beautiful views to the gardens and the sea. The basement has a spacious TV room and some gym equipment with an additional cloakroom with WC and sink. There is a second cloakroom next to the property entrance with WC and sink. This property has a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection throughout the house. The lift/elevator is not available for holiday rentals. The property is fully air conditioned and it’s located only 50 meters away from the closest beach at the end of the street. Parking is only available on the driveway in front of the garage gate and on the street. All in all, a fantastic family townhouse with everything you need for a memorable family holiday. The house is located in a quiet seafront urbanisation in Playa Lobon on the western outskirts of Estepona. We recommend a car for this property however Estepona port and the popular Playa del Cristo is only a 20 minute walk away. The closest restaurant is only a kilometre away and you also have the possibility to cross the main motorway (by bridge) to get to the other side. You may will find other restaurants ‌and ‌bars ‌in ‌the ‌port, ‌there is a ‌petrol ‌station close ‌by for snacks and drinks. The closest supermarket would ‌be Aldi ‌and ‌Mercadona, ‌located ‌only ‌two ‌kilometres ‌away.

The other three bedrooms are located on the top floor; a bedroom with a king size bed (150x200) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink and two more bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds in each. There is a family bathroom on the top level with bath and over-head, WC and hand-basin. An additional toilet for guests is also available on the ground floor next to the living room. The kitchen in this house is fully equipped and provides all you need for your holidays. The property also provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection and the TV provides international streaming channels (including Sky) plus films and series. The terrace has amazing direct views to the sea and the local beach, less than a three minute walk from the property and a dining area with seating for eight guests. A small charcoal BBQ is also available for your use. The large community swimming pool is only a short five minute walk from the house. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes, communal parking is available just outside the house. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King, two supermarkets and there is a bus stop right in front of this community. A highly recommended property for families that want to stay on the beach. Between Estepona and Casares on the beach close to Estepona Golf and about 5km west of Estepona town. Conveniently located on the N340 coastal road which runs along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. You have several supermarkets within a minute drive (Mercadona/Aldi). You could visit the Costa de Luz and do some water sports at one hour away, beautiful white beaches await you or shop till you drop in the best shops of Marbella. Various ‌markets ‌available ‌on ‌Wednesdays ‌and ‌Saturdays or the ‌Sunday ‌market in ‌Sabinillas. Several Chiringuitos (beach bars) are located nearby and ‌serve drinks ‌and ‌food ‌all ‌day ‌during ‌the ‌summer.

A private parking space is also available in the underground communal garage along with plenty of street parking just outside the urbanisation. In general, due to the location and the quality of this apartment, there is no doubt that this is the perfect accommodation for your family holidays in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. The urbanisation is in a great location just outside Estepona town centre on the New Golden mile, just next to the famous 5-star Kempinski hotel. Close by you also find the new Laguna Village with it's lovely restaurants and beach club, a horse riding school and paintball. Estepona town is a short walk via the new seafront promenade and you can explore many fantastic chiringuitos on the way. Bahía de la Plata is without a doubt unique on the Costa del Sol. The main market of Estepona takes place on the same street of the apartment every Wednesday. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Reinaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 20 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range.
