This south facing front line apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard. It is a good size with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. The master bedroom has one large bed that can be split in to two singles while the second bedroom has three single beds. The lounge leads out onto a long terrace which runs along the front of the port/marina. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and also the lounge. There is a high speed Wifi internet connection (fibre optic) available and the TV offers plenty of English channels (Sky) plus Dutch, Russian, German, French and Scandinavian channels. Spanish TV is all provided by the digital terrestrial broadcast. There are two large swimming pools available in the urbanisation, one is set amongst landscaped gardens with a grassy area while the other is terraced around the pool. There are communal sunbeds available for use. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. The terrace has a dining area for up to six guests plus a couple of relaxer chairs - as a south facing terrace, there is sun for most of the day. Do note that in the apartment there are two steps from the kitchen and entry level to the lounge and bedrooms. It would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular. We highly recommend this lovely apartment. This apartment is located in the centre of Estepona's sports marina overlooking the sea and within a few minutes’ walk to many supermarkets, bars and great restaurants. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the block, however, from the marina side it is on an elevated level two floors up which facilitates great marina views. There is the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every Sunday morning. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Renaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 20 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look! Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single 105x200cm beds and an en-suite walk-in shower. Upstairs a beautiful spacious master bedroom with a bathroom, double basins and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom upstairs has a super king size bed with a breathtaking sea view. The property is also equipped with an automated dehumidifier system that filters the air and regulates ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and the lounge has comfortable sofas with a high speed fibre optic internet connection and the TV provides international streaming channels (Sky included) from all over the world plus films and series. There is a covered indoor patio/terrace for the more windy days and an outside terrace with four sun loungers, you are literally immediately on the beach and it is a mix of sand and pebbles and practically private. The large community swimming pool is only a short five minute walk from the house. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King and two supermarkets and there is a bus stop right in front of this community. This property is highly recommended for your holiday. Between Estepona and Casares on the beach close to Estepona Golf and about 5km west of Estepona town. Conveniently located on the N340 coastal road which runs along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. You have several supermarkets within a minute drive (Mercadona/Aldi). You could visit the Costa de Luz and do some water sports at one hour away, beautiful white beaches await you or shop till you drop in the best shops of Marbella. Various markets available on Wednesdays and Saturdays or the Sunday market in Sabinillas. Several Chiringuitos (beach bars) are located nearby and serve drinks and food all day during the summer.
