From the private garden there is direct access to the community pool (infinity pool) and the chill out area and community bar. There are two private parking spaces in the underground garage. In the community there is 24 hour security. It is not rented for long periods all year round, only in the winter period from October to March it can be rented for this monthly price, the rest of the year (the summer months) it is rented as a vacation apartment and the price is per night.
