We are renting this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Torrenueva, Mijas Costa. The apartment is available for long-term rental (1-year contract) at €1700 per month (water is included in this monthly price), or for a higher monthly price, it can be rented during the summer months (minimum stay 3 months). The apartment is located on the first floor (the building has an elevator) and has been renovated and will be delivered completely clean. The master bedroom has a large bed and an open-plan ensuite bathroom connected to the bedroom but still sufficiently private. There is a modern ceiling fan and a radiator on the wall. The second bedroom has two wardrobes (one built-in) and a desk (the desk and/or one wardrobe can be removed). There is also a modern ceiling fan. Both bathrooms are complete with a shower. The kitchen is open-plan and completely renovated (there is no dishwasher, but all other appliances are included). It has a window and a lovely, unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery. The terrace is incorporated into the living room, so there isn't a terrace as such at the moment. However, the owners have permission from the community to place a table and chairs in the communal garden below the apartment for their use. The large south-facing windows in the living room can be fully opened. There are sheer white curtains that can be drawn back on all the living room windows. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa, a pellet stove, and a round dining table with four chairs. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. The view is beautiful, green, and unobstructed, with a glimpse of the sea. From the complex, you can exit directly to the beach via a private tunnel (the exit is next to the El Oceano restaurant). The complex features a large communal swimming pool, a small children's pool, and communal gardens. Since January 2026, the complex has been undergoing a complete renovation, with work scheduled to finish by the end of 2026.
